Anoushka Thakkar has completed her Bachelor's in Psychology and aspires to pursue her further studies in the field of psychology. Some of her interests lie in the field of research, criminology, psychopathology, music and football. 

I am a believer in freeing the existing myths and stigmas that are associated with mental illnesses. I  desire to live in a society wherein mental illness is something that is not a subject of humiliation and shame. At The MINDS Foundation, I hope to strive for a better tomorrow, taking it one day at a time.
