If the person seems really unwell, and you are worried about their safety, you should encourage them to seek help.
What can I do if my country is not in this list?
If your country is not listed below and you are in immediate danger, please call the emergency services in your country. If you are not in immediate danger and would like to find someone to talk to, try searching “[your country] crisis hotline”. Additionally, reaching out to someone you trust is always an option - asking for help is a brave thing.
