Rehan Mehta is a MINDS-India Trustee & Board Director. He is a professional chef and Founder/Owner of Very Casual Foods based in Mumbai, India. He previously worked and trained across the globe including at Wallse Restaurant, as a Pastry Cook at Momofuku Milk Bar, Pastry Cook at Ellipsis Restaurant, Culinary Development at Kaboom Restaurant, Masque Restaurant, and Qualia Restaurant.
He received his BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University and received his education in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu London & the International Culinary Center
