Vahishta Kapadia is a counseling psychologist and integrative psychotherapist at The MINDS Foundation. She has completed her Master’s in Psychology: Lifespan Counselling at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and Diploma in Integrative Counseling from the Institute of Human Technology.

She is also a Research Associate at Military MIND Academy, trained in psychology and its applications in military contexts, and an active member of the team organizing WARMCAMP International Military Psychology Conference in India since 2018. Vahishta also works as a career counselor for Mentoria, an online portal for career guidance.

In the past, she has interned with various schools and organizations such as The Akanksha Foundation and yourdost.com, where she worked with various demographics and a variety of concerns.
