Dating apps have seen the length of user conversations and number of messages increase since shelter-in-place orders went into effect. On Tinder, daily conversations between users have risen by 20%; OkCupid has seen a 30% increase in messages sent on the app globally since March 11. There are new dating apps taking off like Filter Off and Zoom is being used for virtual dates and happy hours.

But finding love right now feels kind of like the Wild West. There does appear to be more meaningful relationships forming and hookup culture is shifting. The old rules don't really apply — if you have a good Zoom date, what's next?
